Ryan was born and raised in Mansura, Louisiana. He graduated from Avoyelles High School in 1992. In 1996, Ryan graduated from Delgado Community College in New Orleans with a degree in Funeral Service Education.
Ryan is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Marksville Lions Club and the Mansura Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling.
Ryan is married to Kimberly Guillory Bordelon of Marksville and they have one son, Ross.
